A farm park in Pembrokeshire can stay open. People signed a petition with 3,500 names to support it. Home Farm, near Camrose, runs Willhome Farm Barn. Officials first said no to keeping the farm park. It was built in June 2022.

The farm park has lots of animals, including rabbits, llamas, and ponies. They also have goats, pigs, and owls. It has a cafe, toilets, and a play area. Kids with learning problems use the park.

The farm park is six miles from Haverfordwest. They started it after losing cows to TB. Now, over 150 kids visit each week.

Safety concerns about the road caused the first refusal. Jessica Austin started the petition. She said the decision hurt many people. It affected schools with 6,000 pupils and families with autistic children.

The farm made a new application in 2024. At first, officers would decide. Then, a councilor asked for a special meeting. Council members made the decision in July. They visited the site in December. The farm had one last chance to fix road issues.

The plan came back to the committee in February. It included new passing places on the road. This fixed traffic concerns. The park helps 6,000 students each year.

Councilor Adams spoke for the farm park. He asked members to support it. It gives kids a good alternative to school. He said everyone supports the final plan.

Councilor Cameron approved the project. He said they fixed the transport problems. Another councilor, Mark Carter, also approved. He said everyone in his area likes it. The committee voted yes for the plan.
