Business leaders are “arrested” and must raise “bail” for Maggie’s Aberdeen, supporting cancer patients. Last year they raised £47,000.

They did this last year too, raising around £47,000! This time, fourteen leaders are participating. They’ll wear striped outfits and handcuffs. They will have a fake trial, and a judge will set their “bail” amount.
Then, they lock people in a fake jail. They will have a laptop and a phone. They have to raise their “bail” money to get out. All the money goes to Maggie’s.
Matthew Finnie is doing it and is “guilty” of wearing many watches. Lynne Duncan is also joining, with her crime being sneaking off for beauty treatments, then reappearing at her Bistro. Adam Wilson will be there too, as he always plays country rock!
Andrew Smith is new to the fundraising team, talking a lot about networking. He said it finally caught up with him.
The event is February 21st, and a JustGiving page will launch that day. These people face mock charges for fun, raising funds for a worthy cause.
Kevin Murray smiles too much, apparently. Kevin Watt always finishes tasks. Kirstie Langan posts a lot on LinkedIn. Nick Bansal takes too many selfies. Shabnum Hanif uses a phrase too much.
Steven McKnight adopts squirrels. Cerri McDonald is too good at dancing, while Scott James commits “crimes” against golf fashion. Sheryl Newman uses pink too much.
Adam Sinclair helps people retire early. Adam Wilson loves country rock, and Matthew Finnie wears too many watches. It sounds like a fun way to help a great charity!
