You can find Acropolis in several places. They are in the Grainger Market and at St James’ Stack. They operate in Stack Seaburn and the Metrocentre too. People enjoy Acropolis at festivals. Adam Richman from “Man vs Food” tried their food when he visited the Grainger Market location.
Adam’s show highlights foods loved by football fans. During his visit, he called Acropolis a “secret.” He learned about their special sauce and met the mother and son who run the restaurant.
Acropolis now boasts a new branch, the opening is in Ouseburn Garden. Ouseburn is a cool global neighborhood, adding Acropolis enhances its reputation even more.
Last summer, they introduced the Geordie Gyro. It’s a stottie filled with delicious ingredients. They have plans for the Ouseburn Garden site and are showing “Grease” this Friday with food.
