Christine Fish, a former vet, is missing. She vanished after leaving a friend’s house about a week and a half ago. The last sighting placed her in Shrewsbury where she entered WH Smith’s a week ago.

Authorities issued a new photo to aid the search. Christine left a friend’s Market Drayton home on Wednesday, February 26th, around 6:30 PM, and someone reported her missing two days later, on Friday, February 28th. CCTV caught Christine in Shrewsbury last Friday.

Friends organized a search party over the weekend, but they found no sign of her. The new image shows Christine at WH Smith on Castle Street around 9:40 AM on Friday. She visited Blacks store in Shoplatch at 9:15 AM wearing a hat, black jacket, and trousers, along with walking boots and a rucksack.

Her phone possibly pinged in Sutton Hill, Telford, on Monday, March 3rd. Christine is a white woman, 5’7″ tall and slim, with grey, shoulder-length hair. She normally wears glasses and last wore a rainbow scarf, a “Lilo and Stitch” jumper, a purple/black Regatta coat, black jeans and trainers.

A safety group addressed a key question, asking if Christine wants to be found. Police believe she needs to be found based on all information. The group said the search continues, urging people to see Christine’s photo and encouraging vigilance.

Detective Sergeant Michael Dunscombe said Christine has been missing a long time, with the last sighting in Shrewsbury. Her family and police are worried and ask Christine to contact them. Anyone with information should call the police at 01743 264807, quoting incident number 00573_i of February 28th.
