Nottingham gets a new mural celebrating Forest’s season and fans, created by Boatyard Boulders near City Ground.

The climbing center, Boatyard Boulders, made the mural. They are on Meadow Grove near Lady Bay Bridge, and they said the Reds boosted the city. They wanted to show that with art.
The artwork appeared February 21st. It was ready for the Arsenal game. The City Ground hosted Arsenal on February 26th. It generated some good vibes around town.
Ben Hunter manages the climbing center. He said they love match day excitement because the center is close to the City Ground. A Nottingham artist, Boaster, created the mural, and you can see his art around town.
Ben said they cleaned up the area around the center. He expected problems with Forest fans, but he said fans are respectful. They don’t leave any trash.
He thinks Nottingham felt gloomy recently. Forest lifted everyone’s mood, even for non-football fans. The center hopes to promote Nottingham with positive artwork.
Forest is doing well this season. Nuno Espirito Santo is their coach, and they are high in the standings with games left. Fans hope they might qualify for Europe.
Their form dipped recently, though. They lost to Bournemouth and Fulham, and they have tough games coming up next. These include Newcastle, Arsenal, and Man City.
Also, there’s another mural you should see. It’s on the Trent Navigation pub, and it shows Brian Clough and Jimmy Sirrel. They are legends for Forest and Notts County.
