Sneyd Lane closed in both directions, spanning from Chepstow Road to Vernon Way. Emergency services arrived at 5:27 AM and police had to seal off the busy road.

The motorcyclist sustained potentially serious injuries. Medics treated the injured biker and transported him to New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton.

The ambulance service reported a car and bike collision on Sneyd Lane at 5:27 AM. Two ambulances arrived with a trauma doctor and a critical care paramedic.

They found one patient, the motorcyclist, and treated him for serious injuries. After treatment, they took him to New Cross Hospital, and the road remains closed, causing heavy traffic.

Traffic monitoring site Inrix provided updates, noting that the number nine bus service faced delays. National Express West Midlands warned passengers and apologized for any disruptions to the journey.
