Jenny Hall, a runner, is still missing. The search is now on its fifth day. Police and mountain rescue teams are in Hamsterley Forest, searching the entire area.

The forest remains open, but police are requesting that people refrain from searching independently. This is to avoid interfering with the search dogs and disrupting the established search teams.

An inspector expressed gratitude to the public for the information provided already. He is now requesting space for the officers to conduct their search effectively. If you have any information, call 999 immediately.

Jenny was last seen on February 18th around 3 PM when she left her home near Barracks Farm. She is six feet tall, white, and has long, dark hair, which may be in a ponytail.

She was wearing a blue John Deere hoodie and dark jogging bottoms. She may also have had a green jacket. Jenny is 23 years old. Her red Ford Focus was found near moorland on the B6278 road, between Eggleston and Stanhope on Thursday.

The search is focused on running trails Jenny frequented between Eggleston and Hamsterley. Over 100 miles of track have been covered so far. Sniffer dogs are assisting near Jenny’s last known location.

The weather conditions have been challenging, and the terrain is difficult for searchers. Digital experts have examined her phone, watch, and running apps, but unfortunately, no leads have been found.
The police urge anyone with any information to call 999.
