Corner Boy in Manchester has closed after seven years. Nancy Spains, a London pub, will open in its place.

The bar first opened in 2018. Before that, a diner was there. It was called West Corner. They had events and comedy. People loved their beers and whiskeys.
The owners said thanks for seven years. They thanked everyone for the good times. The Koffee Pot cafe used to be located there. Then it moved to Oldham Street.
Nancy Spains, a London pub, will open soon. It’s their first spot in Manchester. They are known for serving Murphy’s, not Guinness. It will still be an Irish bar.
Corner Boy’s owners said goodbye on Instagram. They thanked everyone for the fun. They said lots of Guinness got drunk. The new team will take over fully.
Current owners wished Nancy Spains good luck. They told people to visit Wilsons Social next door, if you want beer. Regular customers said they were sad.
One person called it the best bar. Another said it had the best happy hour. Someone said they were gutted. A customer thanked them for the good times.
