Police say Johnson met victims online, then met them in person. This happened in Gloucestershire and Kent; it may have happened elsewhere too. Hertfordshire Police arrested him last month, but he then skipped bail soon after.
Johnson has connections across the UK. These include Stevenage, Gloucestershire, the West Midlands, and Devon. Plus, consider Yorkshire and Ayrshire too. Northumbria, Northern Ireland, and Kent round it out. Do not approach him.
