A man was filmed throwing a dog in the air in Glasgow, leading to an investigation by the SSPCA after onlookers reported the incident.

Jade Harrison, age 30, saw the event happen along with her mother. The mother started recording after seeing the dog’s behavior. She felt concerned for the dog’s safety.
The video shows interactions with the dog that looks like an English bull terrier. The man strokes the canine in the video. The dog cowers and tries to get away. Then the man grabs its head.
Next, the man continues stroking its back as the dog lowers its head. The man keeps putting his hands on the canine and points towards the ground. The dog looks down the street.
The dog walks behind the man until he stands up and reaches down, grabbing the dog’s back legs and throwing it. The dog flips over in the air and smacks onto the ground.
Jade spoke to the Daily Record about the event. She had never seen anything like this before and felt disgusted and very distraught. She and her mum watched this from their windows.
Both women sensed something was going to happen and needed to make sure the dog stayed okay. Quickly, they witnessed this terrible act, leading Jade to confront the man afterward and report him to the SSPCA.
Jade struggled to speak while reporting it but stood face to face with the man. She told him they saw his actions and possessed video evidence. The dog seemed scared in the video.
Jade believes this was not a one-off incident and asserted there was no reason for this action. The pooch also did nothing wrong. The SSPCA acknowledged they received a report, and an inspector is actively investigating.
