A man in his 20s was stabbed and found at Victoria Station. Police investigate, believing it was an isolated incident.

They found him at the Victoria Station tram platform. Cops think he got stabbed somewhere else, and then he ended up at the city center station. The man is still in the hospital.
Emergency services got there around 7 PM. Victoria Station closed because of this, and also, the Monsall tram stop closed. Trams had to change their routes Sunday.
Police are investigating the incident and haven’t arrested anyone yet. It’s in the Manchester Evening News, too. Police are checking CCTV footage and talked to witnesses.
They think it was a one-time thing and don’t think the public is at risk, saying it was an isolated incident. A police spokesperson shared some details.
