A shopkeeper was threatened and robbed in Tuebrook. The suspect fled with cash. Police are investigating.

The robbery happened Sunday at 6:15 PM. A man went into the corner shop, then pushed the person working there. The guy stole some cash and ran off.
The poor shopkeeper is okay, but very upset. Police want to catch this robber fast and are asking people to help find him.
A police chief, Stephen Ball, spoke about it. He called it a “frightening experience” and wants to bring the person to court. Police will look at all information they get.
