A man in Georgia pleaded guilty and received a 20-year jail sentence. He conspired to harm a woman, planning to release a python into her home. The bombing was also part of his sick plan.

Stephen Glosser met the woman online through a dating app. He later found her address online, after she shared a picture with him, they said.

Glosser, age 37, must pay the victims a total of $500,000. Caleb Kinsey, 34, is a co-defendant charged in March 2024. He built an explosive device with the goal of blowing up her house on January 13, 2023.

Glosser admitted his actions and planned to harm the woman. He wanted to “kill, intimidate, harass, or injure” her. He suggested shooting arrows at her door and considered releasing a python to eat her daughter, Mailing dead rats and dog feces and scalping her were other harassment plans, as was bombing her home.

After the bombing attempt, he hired cleaners to clean the carpets at home to hide bomb traces. He and Kinsey were arrested in February 2023. Kinsey was arrested in Louisiana and awaits prosecution in Georgia.

Chris Hosey, from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, commented, stating the law will fully punish such terror. He also said they were fortunate nobody died. He thanked those for their dedication, as they helped bring justice.
