Deported Romanian national repeatedly entered UK illegally and exposed himself to a traffic warden.

Guta Sima is Romanian. He also exposed himself to a traffic warden after getting a parking ticket.
Sima admitted his guilt. He broke his deportation order ten times between 2022 and 2025. He appeared in Swansea Crown Court, learning of the order in 2017.
He often entered at airports such as Stansted, Gatwick, and Luton. He entered through Fishguard harbour in January; this harbor is in Pembrokeshire.
The man also pleaded guilty twice to using tricks to enter the UK. He gave a fake name, hid past convictions, and exposed himself once in London in 2023.
His lawyer, David Leathley, spoke for him. He said Sima needed vital medical help he could not get in Romania, possibly explaining the immigration violations.
Leathley added that the exposure was not sexual. Sima was upset by the ticket and showed his anger to the male warden.
Guta Sima, age 42, has no home and remains in custody. The court will sentence him in mid-March, and the judge wishes to see medical proof first. He told Sima that prison awaited.
