A man in his 40s is fighting for his life after a serious assault in Coventry. A suspect has been arrested for attempted murder.

The man, in his 40s, was attacked on Waterloo Road around 4 AM on Tuesday, February 11. He received very serious head injuries. Police say his attacker ran off in a blue electric car.
They arrested a 24-year-old man who is suspected of attempted murder now. The man is still in custody as of today, February 13.
