An 84 year old man is fighting for his life after an XL Bully attack. Sean Garner has been charged in Warrington.

Armed police went to Bardsley Avenue in Warrington around 6:40 PM on Monday, February 24. Reports stated a man had been seriously hurt in the attack, which took place in a front garden.
The man was walking on the road when an XL Bully attacked him. Police believe it escaped from a nearby house. He is in the hospital with life-changing injuries.
Sean Garner, 30, has been charged after police arrested him on Wednesday, January 26. He lives on Keybank Road, West Derby.
Garner faces two charges: having a dangerous dog that caused serious injuries, and possessing a fighting dog. He is in custody.
Garner will appear in Chester Magistrates’ Court soon. A 29-year-old woman was also arrested and later released on bail.
The police confirmed the man’s critical condition. Neighbors told the ECHO they felt very traumatized after the dog attack.
