A 29-year-old man has been charged following an attack that left a 17-year-old boy with a fractured skull.

The police received a call on February 2nd at 9:15 AM and found the boy injured in a car park in the Guilfords area. He suffered serious head injuries, and reports indicate a fractured skull.
Lee Farrugia, 29, from Spruce Hill, Harlow, faces charges of robbery and dangerous driving. This driving charge relates to another event that happened February 10th.
Farrugia will appear in court today, February 13th, at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court to answer these and other charges based on their investigation.
He is also charged with a burglary that occurred in Epping between January 24th and 27th. Farrugia additionally faces two vehicle theft charges, one happening February 1st in Harlow, and the other on January 25th or 26th.
