A man faces attempted murder charges. This follows a “violent incident” at Peggy Junes bar. Three people were badly hurt in Redcar.

Carl Wild will appear in court. The hearing is Tuesday, February 18. Lee Wild and Simone Reed are also due in court.

Carl Wild, 33, has no fixed address. He is charged with many crimes, including burglary and assault. He also faces criminal damage and affray charges.

Lee Wild, 37, lives on Trevose Close. He is charged with helping an offender. Reed, 36, lives on Palmer Walk and faces charges too.

Reed is charged with possessing a blade. She is also charged with assault, causing actual bodily harm.

Three people went to the hospital. Their injuries were serious, but not fatal. The bar is located on Queen Street.

The incident occurred after 8 p.m. on Saturday, February 15. Police investigated the scene and set up a cordon on the street.

The ambulance service responded around 8:45 p.m. They sent an ambulance, a team leader, and a doctor also assisted.
