A man attacked a woman in Birmingham before jumping in front of a moving car on Caroline Street, Jewellery Quarter.

The video shows him yelling at her. He screamed at the Skoda Kodiaq driver, wanting the door opened. He kicked and pushed the woman. The car sped away to stop him. She screamed because the driver tried to rescue her.
She ran along Northwood Street and eventually got into the blue car, managing to escape. The guy jumped in front of the car and flew over its hood.
The impact shattered the windscreen. He rolled backwards and stood quickly. He yelled at the people inside the car as they drove off towards Livery Street.
Then, he walked away. A local resident filmed the whole thing; the video lasted almost three minutes. We asked West Midlands Police about it. Police said they didn’t get any calls, and no officers went to the scene that day.
