A man in his 30s has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man in his 70s was found dead in Dungannon.
The police are checking out the death. The victim was in his seventies. His flat was in the Corrainey Park area. The guy arrested is in his thirties. He is still in police custody right now.
Police are still at the scene, and they keep investigating this attack. It seemed like a senseless act. A detective, Kerrie Foreman, spoke about the case. She said officers remain at the scene and want to find out what happened.
