A 38 year old man is in custody following the discovery of a 55 year old man’s body in Possil, Glasgow.

They found James Jarvis in a house on Monar Street. That happened around 9:20 a.m. on Wednesday, March 5. Police were called to the scene.
Forensic officers searched the property on Friday. They put tape around the house and driveway. A police officer guarded the area.
Police called it murder earlier. They investigated Jarvis’s movements. His black VW Golf was found nearby on Auckland Street at 7:20 a.m.
A 38-year-old man is now in custody. He is connected to Jarvis’s death. Police say the investigation continues actively.
Police Scotland were at the house. They found the body on Monar Street in Possil, Glasgow.
Police confirmed the arrest. A spokesperson said they found Jarvis, 55, dead at the address on March 5. They arrived around 9:20 a.m. Enquiries are still ongoing, police added.
