Police on M5 seized cocaine worth £236000 from a Ford Fiesta. Neil Warren, 48, jailed for four years after arrest in Devon.

Warren, age 48, confessed to supplying cocaine. A court in Exeter jailed him for four years.
Police stopped Warren on December 12. He drove a Ford Fiesta south on the M5 in Devon. Police asked about suspicious items. Warren pointed to a backpack. He said it wasn’t his.
The search found three kilos of cocaine inside. The drugs’ street value was about £236,000. The car traveled from Barnstaple to Liverpool eleven times. These trips occurred between September and November. The car stopped briefly in Merseyside each time. Then, it immediately returned.
Warren Robinson defended him. He stated Warren had a long drug addiction. Warren felt pressured to transport drugs. His mother sent a supporting letter to the court.
The judge considered Warren a first-time offender. He described Warren as a typical user. He said users get used by higher-level people. These high-level people rarely get caught. Warren transported drugs from the Northwest to the Southwest.
