M4 Human Remains Found Near Bristol Investigation Launched by Police

Hey, something serious happened near Bristol. Police are investigating human remains found on the M4. They think the body is a man in his 40s. His family knows about the situation.

People called 999 around 6:40 PM on Saturday. They reported something on the road. It was between junction 20 and junction 21. That’s near Almondsbury Interchange and Awkley.

Cops found human remains when they arrived. Police want to find out how it happened. They are running a full investigation. Avon and Somerset Police said they are figuring it out.

Part of the M4 closed for a while. Junction 20 to junction 22 was shut down. The eastbound bridge also closed. The M48 between the bridge and M4 shut too.

Traffic was stuck on the M4 and M48. Police began letting cars go around midnight. The eastbound M4 reopened around 1:30 AM Sunday. Westbound closures ended around 3 AM.
