An inquest started on January 12 concerning her death’s circumstances. The court heard she was fatally shot. The inquest will continue March 28.

Lucy’s death is considered homicide. A US medical examiner made this determination. She attended Great Sankey High School.

The school stated they were deeply saddened, remembering Lucy as bright and dedicated. She was a valued member of their community. They send thoughts to her family.

An autopsy confirmed she died from a gunshot, reportedly fired by another person. She tested negative for drugs and alcohol. Lucy died at a Texas medical center.

Lucy was visiting her dad, Kris Harrison, who lives in Texas. He is believed to have family in Southport.

Lucy’s mom and boyfriend shared a tribute, saying she loved “unashamedly.” She liked travel and relaxing at home; they are utterly heartbroken.

They said Lucy was full of life and embraced it fiercely. She wasn’t afraid to feel everything. Lucy had a huge capacity to love.

She loved experiencing new places, but also loved relaxing at home. She could be dramatic or straight talking. They are heartbroken at losing her.

Lucy studied at Manchester Metropolitan University and worked for Boohoo. Her funeral is February 24 in Warrington. Donations can be made to Peace & Mind UK, a charity that helps with mental health.
