Maureen Cotton died February 18, 2025, aged 88. Trentham House Care Home cared for her. Des was at her side. She will join her twin, Shirley.

She was Des’ wife and Aubrey Smith’s widow. Karen and Annette were her cherished daughters. Julie and Heather were her step-daughters. The funeral is March 12 at St Marks Church. Donations can go to the care home.

Sylvia Leyland passed February 18, 2025, aged 82. She was at the RSUH. Matthew was her loving son. Hollie was her special daughter-in-law. Amber and Matty were her treasured grandkids.

Denis was her brother. The funeral is March 18 at Swan Bank Church. Floral tributes are welcome if you prefer.

Doris Jean Marsland rested February 12, 2025, aged 93. She lived at Lavender House. She was Malcolm’s devoted wife.

Raymond Maskery died February 15. He was at the RSUH, aged 93. He was Margaret’s beloved husband. Jeff and Karen were his loved children.

Olive Swinnerton passed February 19, 2025, aged 87. She died at home with her family. Barry Joseph Swinnerton was her beloved husband.

Kenneth Frank Roberts passed suddenly. He died February 15 at his home in Crewe. Kenny was 73. He previously lived in Biddulph. Barbara was his partner.
