Michael Martin, 31, jailed for 42 weeks after persistent offending in Llandudno town centre including assault and theft.

This order, if broken, could send him back to jail. He was locked up for several things, as his bad behavior bothered the community. He threatened people and was abusive.
He skipped bail and got drunk in public. He even attacked an emergency worker. Plus, he stole things multiple times. He also harassed people based on race or religion and damaged property too. Consequently, the court gave him 42 weeks in jail.
The Criminal Behaviour Order has some rules. He can’t cause trouble or annoy people, anywhere. No yelling or being offensive in public is allowed, and he cannot have open alcohol in any public place in Wales.
He also can’t go to bars he’s been banned from. A police inspector, Catherine Walker, spoke about the case, stating that Martin caused constant problems recently in Llandudno. She is happy he’s been sentenced and welcomes the three-year order.
If Martin breaks it after release, he will return to court and could face jail time again. Police are serious about stopping crime and bad behavior.
