Over three hours at Mount Pleasant car park will cost more. Off-street car park fees increase by about forty-seven percent. On-street parking will see the biggest change, with costs going up by sixty percent. A four-hour stay could cost £9.60 now. The council expects £3.6 million from parking fee raises.
