Eleven individuals face charges for aggravated trespass after occupying Attenborough Tower at Leicester University.

Security called Leicestershire Police. Police officers arrived at the scene and arrested several people. A spokesperson shared updates today confirming all eleven face aggravated trespass charges.
Everyone has been released on bail and will go to court soon. Their cases are at Leicester Magistrates’ Court with court dates set over coming weeks.
The charged individuals include Catherine Alms, 20, living on Saxby Street; Alexander Brandon, 20, lives on Lace Street; Nicole Chen, 19, resides on Manor Road; Benjamin Clark, 22, is on Charter Avenue; Ellie Connor, 22, lives on Loire Close; and Molly Desorgher, 24, is on Oxford Road. Behishta Hanifi, 20, lives on Welford Road; Rosemary Harris, 20, is on Lace Street; Ridwana Limbada, 36, is on Allandale Road; Emily Sheppard, 26, lives on Helmdon Road; and Lucy West, 24, is on Burns Street.
