Get real time updates on Lee Harrison’s sentencing for drug trafficking charges after pleading guilty in December.

Lee Harrison, age 27, lived in Huyton. He faced several charges, including supplying heroin and crack cocaine. He also had cocaine for supply, and police stopped a car on November 25, 2024.
Harrison appeared via video from jail, with Terence Rice present. Both laughed before the hearing started. Harrison confirmed his name and gave a thumbs up. He then pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply crack cocaine.
He was also accused of supplying heroin between October 1 and November 26. He also admitted having cocaine to supply. Rice, age 36, also admitted conspiracy charges, specifically supplying heroin and crack cocaine.
Both men denied having criminal cash, and Rice denied having an illegal weapon, specifically a telescopic truncheon at his home. Holly Menary, the prosecutor, stated the pleas were acceptable.
The Crown needs more preparation time as they seized many phones in the case. Harrison and Rice remained jailed until today. Stephen McNally and David Birrell represented them, and both men thanked the court.
