Firefighters respond to a large barn fire in St Newlyn East, Cornwall, impacting the A30 and local roads.

Lots of firefighters went to the scene, 47 in total. They warned drivers on the A30 because smoke was blowing towards the road at Carland Cross.
They set up a 50-meter safety zone. Also, they closed a road near the farm, where emergency services were still present at 9:15 AM.
The fire service first got calls at 7:17 AM. The calls reported a barn fire at the farm, and two fire trucks went quickly from nearby stations.
The incident grew bigger, requiring six fire engines. Also, three officers and two water carriers helped and an incident command unit came too. Firefighters came from many towns.
Firefighters said the large barn was on fire. They used water hoses to put it out, and some smoke affected the A30 by Carland Cross. Drive slowly through the area.
Police and National Highways knew about the fire. They established the 50-meter cordon, and the road near the farm remained closed.
