Relocating to Bury did not work out, and their lease is also ending soon. The owners thanked all their customers, expressing appreciation for everyone’s support.

KimJi first opened in Preston in 2018. They wanted interesting, high-quality food there. A second location opened in Ramsbottom in 2021.

They served traditional Korean food. Dishes were meant for sharing. They had gluten-free and vegetarian options. Korean chefs helped create the menu.

Recipes came from Korean families. Kimchi was on the menu along with Korean barbeque and fried chicken. The restaurant was popular locally.
