Owen Payne, 24, jailed for violating a Sexual Harm Prevention Order by concealing devices and possessing weapons.

This order said he must tell the police about devices that connect to the internet. Police checked his house in September 2024. They found phones, a tablet, and a gaming device. There was also a computer there.
Payne didn’t report those devices to the police. He also failed to mention his 16 online names. He should have reported them under his order. Police also found nine weapons at his place. These weapons included knives and swords.
Payne got charged with breaking his court order because he failed to report things as required and had many illegal weapons at home.
He admitted he did all those things. A court sentenced him on February 4, 2025. He got two years and eight months in jail.
A police officer, Mark Deacon, spoke about the case. He said Payne kept breaking the rules after his first conviction. Payne thought he could hide from the law.
He didn’t tell police about his devices or usernames. He also possessed many illegal weapons. Deacon said Payne is a dangerous offender. The court gave him jail time for his crimes.
