A garden center near the M5 reopens soon. It’s located off junction 12, near Gloucester. The opening day is Saturday, March 8. British Garden Centres now owns the site. It used to be a Dobbies location.

David Domoney will be there to cut the ribbon. He’s a gardener from ITV’s This Morning show. The opening ceremony starts at 10 a.m. He will also talk about gardening that day. The center closes at 6 p.m. The first 100 customers get a special goody bag, containing gardening items.

The team offers a Family Card. The card gives 10% off the first purchase. It also provides more deals later. David Domoney has worked in gardening for 40 years. He’s on TV shows about gardening, including ITV’s Love Your Garden and This Morning.

The celebration continues on Sunday, March 9. It’s open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Another 100 goody bags will be given away. Opening week brings special offers, including “Best Buy” deals on many items. The center is very excited to reopen and wants to engage with Gloucester again.

Gloucester Garden Centre’s team loves gardening and wants to share that with everyone. See the changes and enjoy weekend deals. The rebuilt center has many changes, including expanded plant selections and a range of gardenware. The new Fern Living outdoor furniture is there, and spring is just around the corner.

British Garden Centres bought the Dobbies site in January. Existing employees have been working to restock the store. The goal is for it to be a top gardening spot. The improved restaurant has a new carvery and a different menu, as well as soft play and mini golf areas.

British Garden Centres is family-owned and runs 72 centers in the UK. The Stubbs family owns and manages it. They also own Woodthorpe Leisure Park. Brothers Charles and Robert Stubbs started the group in 1987 when they opened Woodthorpe Garden Centre. Since 2018, they bought 50 more centers and now have 72, spread all over England. The group has a team of 3,000 people working in different roles at nurseries, restaurants, Woodthorpe Leisure Park, and other locations.
