Mandi Hatton’s Glow Bambino classes in Hull are booming, with plans to expand to toddler sessions soon due to high demand.

Mandi, a Hull mom, bought a franchise last September. She calls it Glow Bambino, offering magical classes for young children. The classes use toys, music, and stories to help kids develop in a fun way.
Mandi has run three terms of classes using themes like Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day. She is happy with how it is going, as many families keep coming back to Glow Bambino. Mandi reinvests in her session’s supplies to improve learning for babies and enjoyment for all.
Many grandparents now attend the classes, and Mandi has made friends with many moms. They see her grow in her new role as she gains confidence and makes connections with other moms, appreciating and welcoming all feedback.
Mandi holds Glow Bambino sessions twice on Mondays in Bilton Village Hall and two sessions on Fridays at Victoria Dock. She wants a bigger space in Garden Village that is cosy and warm for families.
Mandi plans to expand Glow Bambino to toddler sessions, hoping to launch by the summer, or even sooner. Her youngest child walked early, and Mandi sees demand for toddler classes.
Some parents attend only one session before returning to work from maternity leave. Other parents attend many classes, helping babies make progress. A Scottish mom created Glow Bambino by combining life experience with theatre and youth work experience.
This created a fun and developmental “Glow world.” Mandi follows Glow Bambino’s principles, taking babies to imaginary places. These include the sea, stars, or rainforest, and she enhances sessions with more lighting and items.
Mandi follows plans that change a little bit and adds her own personal touches benefiting local babies. Her Valentine’s session included playful ducks, ball pools, and glowing roses. She even bought jiggly pigs for a farm story, testing new stories and themes on her three sons first, to see if they like it.
