William Brown, 48, from Hillingdon, sentenced to twelve years for child sex offenses against boys in Portsmouth.

Hampshire Constabulary investigated Brown. Reports said he groomed a boy in Portsmouth. The boy was eleven in September of 2023. He also abused another boy in Port Solent. That boy was seven in 2020. Police want more victims to speak up.
Brown admitted to several crimes in court. These included rape of a boy under thirteen. He also made a boy engage in sexual activity. He assaulted a boy under thirteen. Touching was involved in the assaults. Grooming was another charge.
