Hillingdon Man Jailed for Sexually Abusing Boys in Portsmouth

William Brown, 48, is now in jail. He lives in Hillingdon, West London. A court sentenced him to twelve years. This happened on Friday, February 14. He admitted to child sex offenses in December.

Hampshire Constabulary investigated Brown. Reports said he groomed a boy in Portsmouth. The boy was eleven in September of 2023. He also abused another boy in Port Solent. That boy was seven in 2020. Police want more victims to speak up.

Brown admitted to several crimes in court. These included rape of a boy under thirteen. He also made a boy engage in sexual activity. He assaulted a boy under thirteen. Touching was involved in the assaults. Grooming was another charge.
