Teen gang rampaged through a Glasgow shop, attacking the shopkeeper. Police are investigating the incident.
This happened at a shop on Bilsland Drive in the Ruchill area of Glasgow. The incident occurred around 7 PM on Friday, February 21, 2025.
Apparently, the guy hurt needed to go to the hospital. Glasgow Live reported he had injuries to his face, and police came because of the disturbance.
CCTV showed many teens outside before things turned bad. Like, six teens entered the shop at first, and three went near the shopkeeper. He pushed them outside for his safety, which is understandable.
He then chased them with what looked like a large stick. After that, the group came back and started attacking the place. The yobs stole stuff during the chaos.
The owner said one attacker hit the employee. Others ran inside and wrecked the shop, knocking things off the counter and breaking bottles. The owners alerted other local businesses.
A police spokesperson stated they got called around 8:15 PM about a disturbance on Bilsland Drive in Glasgow. The officers arrived, but the teens were gone, and the police are still investigating it.
