A Glasgow man was filmed throwing a dog in the air, sparking outrage and an investigation by the Scottish SPCA.

Jade Harrison saw it from her bedroom window. She lives on that street. Jade, age 30, and her mother started filming the man because they felt concerned for the dog.
The dog looked like an English bull terrier. The man was holding and heavily patting the dog as it tried to walk away. He grabbed it by the leg and dragged the dog back.
The man then picked up the dog and threw it high into the air. The dog landed on its back on the pavement as Jade and her mom shouted from the window.
Jade confronted the man and reported him to the Scottish SPCA. The man lives across the road from her and she told him they saw what he did, letting him know they have video proof.
Jade wants to make sure the dog is safe. She thinks this behavior toward the dog happens often because she feels the dog didn’t do anything wrong.
The Scottish SPCA is aware and an inspector is investigating the report.
