Police swarm Glasgow property after a serious assault. Two arrests made as investigation continues.
Around 5:30 PM on February 15th, a man got hurt. He was 34 years old. They found him in an apartment on Carntyne Road. He went to the hospital. Police arrested two people about this.
A man, age 57, is in custody. Also, a woman of 39 got arrested. They are still looking into things. Someone saw a lot of police cars there.
Eleven vehicles were spotted. There were armed officers. They also had police dog units. This person told Glasgow Live what they saw.
Armed cops banged on a door. They yelled for someone to come out. The person had to put their hands up. The police handcuffed them. They made them lie on the ground.
Then, police told someone else to come out. They also had to show their hands. The police still had their guns out.
Police Scotland talked about it. They said they arrested the man and woman. This followed a report about someone’s safety. Also, a man had been assaulted. This happened in a flat. It’s on Carntyne Road in Glasgow.
Officers went to the scene. The 34-year-old man went to the hospital. He is at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow. Right now, police are still investigating the incident.
