Garage in Hadleigh Could Become Four New Terraced Homes

Planning officers support the new homes and considered replacing the business. They think new homes are needed, so councillors will vote next Wednesday.

Officers explained car sales are moving online, and the garage tenant wants to relocate. The site is small with poor access. Because of these things, it does not attract businesses.

The new homes are on existing land. It’s a good location in the city. There is a great need for housing, and housing offers more benefits than the garage.
