Notorious gun for hire apprehended in Dublin with a loaded weapon by unarmed Gardaí. Suspect remains in custody.
The arrest happened in Dublin late Wednesday near Marrowbone Lane around 10 PM. The guy was acting weird in a car with another man. Police were watching for gang crime and instructed the car to stop. The two guys jumped out and ran.

The driver is in his 50s. They are holding him under a special act and is in custody at a Dublin police station. The police will check the gun and bullets, which will be handled by the Garda Technical Bureau, as the investigation is ongoing. They can hold him for three days.
