Volunteers in Frome gear up for a deep clean. The cleanup is on March 20 tackling litter, weeds, and graffiti.

The cleanup runs from 9:45 AM to noon. They will pick litter, pull weeds, and remove graffiti. You get a free hot drink at Boyle Cross provided by Critchill School.
Last year, over 100 people volunteered and gathered 30 bags full of trash in just two hours!
Nick Dove said, “A clean town is nicer and welcomes visitors.” He explained that it shows Frome at its best.
This cleaning is part of Frome’s Kindness Festival and connects to Keep Britain Tidy’s research. Litter harms well-being and the environment. Two million pieces of litter drop daily in the UK.
Cllr Dove added that everyone can help by cleaning around their homes or businesses. It helps Frome always look its best.
Meet at Boyle Cross at 9:45 AM on March 20 to get vests, equipment, and a quick briefing. Register beforehand at https://bit.ly/great-british-spring-clean-25. You can learn more at https://www.keepbritaintidy.org.
