Enjoy a free family event in Cleethorpes this weekend with markets, art, music and street theatre.

Saturday, February 22nd, brings events to shopping areas. Sea View Street and St Peter’s Avenue are involved. You can do the poetry trail in town. Find local poems in shop windows.
Poems have clues to a question. Get a trail sheet at any shop participating. Prizes await those who complete the poetry trail. The trail started February 8th and ends this Saturday.
You can submit the trail sheet at St Peter’s church hall. Find the Discover North East Lincolnshire stand inside.
St Peter’s Church Hall hosts a pop-up market from 10 AM to 4 PM. Local artists sell things. Find jewelry, cheese, art, cards, and gifts. LaCuna does “Flower Power” workshops and Clee Rocks offers drop-in fun.
Paint rocks using a dot technique. Leave rocks around town for others to find. Share finds on Instagram @DiscoverNEL, and use #loveclee and #cleerockstrail. Make flower headbands too! Use fabric and materials to make a headband.
Sea View Street hosts street food, music, and theatre. Take a selfie with a cool background; this is ideal for Instagram. Note that guided tours are sold out. Tours included food, heritage, and history.
See “Saints & Sinners: Cleethorpes Unveiled.” Street theatre acts also perform all day. Enjoy Stupid Cupid trio, butterflies, and stilt walkers. Mr. Wilson’s Second Liners will play 90’s music.
