Police searched hard for the young man. Over 100 officers helped look for him, while underwater teams searched the River Frome near the M32. Divers specifically looked in the Napier Road section.

On March 3, police found a body while diving in the river. Although they haven’t formally identified the body yet, police informed Luis’s family. The family is deeply saddened by his death.

Luis’s sister, Lulu, said, “He was loved,” and wished he knew how much. On Tuesday, March 4, people placed tributes near the river in Eastville. They left flowers, photos, and notes on a bridge.

Many people shared their support for Lulu online, and her statement received many likes and comments. People expressed their sorrow for her loss and sent love to her and her family.

One person expressed their deep sorrow to Lulu, asking her to hug her parents. They described them as a lovely family and wished for Luis to rest in peace.

Lulu posted on Facebook, announcing they found Luis, but he had passed away. She thanked people for their support and stated that he will be remembered.
