Firefighters tackled a fire at Yan’s Kitchen in Huyton. All occupants were safe as crews quickly extinguished the blaze.

Firefighters got there quickly, and three fire engines showed up. They found the fire on the ground floor and used a hose to put it out. Thankfully, everyone got out safe.
Someone passing by saw lots of smoke, prompting police to close off the area. Firefighters were working hard to stop the fire and used breathing gear for safety.
The fire crew arrived around 5:30 PM. Two went inside to fight the fire and stopped it from getting worse. Two more checked the upstairs area carefully.
Police made sure no one entered the area. The owner arrived soon after and said no one was staying there. Firefighters put out the fire completely in the end.
They turned off the gas and electricity and then cleared out the smoke. They made sure everything was safe before the fire crew left at 7:00 PM that evening.
