Updated information submitted to Dublin City planners boosts the chances of the new Finglas primary care centre being built soon.

This centre will be near Cardiffsbridge Road. The location includes Colaiste Ide Sports and Leisure lands. It also covers City of Dublin Education land and “Fergal’s Field”.
The primary care centre will have four floors. They will add three astro pitches, a GAA pitch, and a walking track to replace the old pitches too.
They’re building extra parking spaces for both the centre and the CDETB building. The CDETB building’s front will also get updated.
The new info addresses the nearby older people’s homes. They looked at sunlight and privacy for those residents. Other details cover parking and pitch floodlights, addressing drainage issues as well in this updated information.
Planners said the development is generally okay. It will provide a needed service for the area’s people. They asked for details to better assess the plan to ensure full compliance with the Dublin City plan.
