Manchester’s Fat Pats reopens for delivery after a month’s closure. The city center takeaway remains closed for now.

Fat Pat’s is known for its great sandwiches. They make impressive, 12-inch sub sandwiches such as Philly Cheesesteaks and Shrimp Po’boys. Everything is made to order fresh.
The shop mysteriously closed last month. A social media post announced the closure, stating that they were closed “until further notice”. Owners said they were sorting things out and hoped to update everyone soon.
The owners revealed delivery reopened on February 18. The city center takeaway remains closed for now, with delivery operating from a dark kitchen.
Owners posted on Instagram about the change and said they are working to reopen a collection spot. They asked people to be patient during the delivery time.
The dark kitchen is in Chorlton and delivers to the city center. The full menu is available, including popular subs and many sides.
Fat Pat’s started in the city center in 2022, following a short time in Chorlton. Its new dark kitchen is based there now.
Operational times will change, and customers should check Uber Eats or the Instagram page. This helps to find times they can order delicious food.
Discussions continue about the closed base. The Portland Street location remains closed right now, a spokesperson told the Manchester Evening News.
Fat Pat’s opened in 2022 and became known nationwide for their subs. Semolina milk rolls make their food special. One customer called their food their last meal, saying it would happen “on death row”.
