Tom Scaife’s family shared memories after his death. People knew him as Tom, and he died after a truck hit him on February 23 near Penrith. Tom was only 32 and lived in the Eden area. Sadly, he died at the scene.

Police arrested a man and a woman linked to the crash, which involved only one car. The police released them, but they are still investigating and the inquiry continues.

Tom’s family said they are all heartbroken because Tom had many friends. They said he was a real character and people will miss him forever. His main hobby was playing darts in a local league.

Tom also enjoyed fishing and ferreting, and he played cricket for a village team in earlier years. He was a very loving father who adored his two kids and would do anything for them.
