A young woman collapsed at a pub in Cornwall. The pub is the Try Dowr Wetherspoon on Lemon Quay, in Truro city center. Emergency services went to the pub. An ambulance arrived, along with a second medical vehicle. Two police cars also responded to the scene. A witness saw it all while having a beer.

The woman was in her 20s and with friends. Suddenly, she fell to the floor. The witness said they didn’t seem drunk. People quickly tried to help her.

Some thought she had a seizure, while others couldn’t find a pulse. An off-duty nurse started CPR until paramedics arrived.

The pub staff asked everyone to leave as emergency workers began helping the woman. Police said they got the call at 1:52 p.m. on Saturday, March 1.

The witness repeated what they saw: the woman fell suddenly, surprising her friends. Her friends were very upset, and it all happened near the kitchen door.

Police confirmed they responded to a medical emergency. Ambulance crews are now caring for the woman, but her condition is currently unknown.
