Strikes on the Elizabeth line will cause major disruptions. Jubilee, Central, and District lines will be busier.

The strikes focus on train driver pay and are planned for specific days: this Thursday and the next three Saturdays and Mondays. Service will halt between Abbey Wood, Reading, and Heathrow for some, with a reduced service from Liverpool Street to Shenfield, but only part of the day. Some stations will also face closures. More information is coming about later strike days.
The Elizabeth line boss says they offered more money, claiming it would mean high salaries. They have alternative travel plans ready for riders and are working with Transport for London.
Only some Tube lines might get crowded. The Jubilee, Central, and District lines could be busier. The DLR also has work planned, happening on two strike days. Use the Piccadilly line for Heathrow Airport.
TfL hopes the strike gets called off and asks everyone to keep talking. If it happens, plan extra travel time and use the TfL website or app for updates. TfL wants to reduce the strike’s impact and wants customers to know what’s happening.
