Two men were arrested in East Kilbride after police found cocaine and cash in a suspicious vehicle.

Plainclothes officers stopped a car they thought looked suspicious in Greenhills, East Kilbride, around 8 PM on Tuesday, February 18.
The police searched the car and discovered 25 bags of cocaine with an estimated street value of £1060. They also found £780 in cash.
The two men, aged 26 and 29, got arrested for drugs offences, and the police then reported them to the Procurator Fiscal.
A police spokesman said officers saw a suspicious car in Greenhills, East Kilbride, around 8 PM on February 18. They stopped and searched the car, the driver, and a passenger. Officers found £780 in cash and located 25 bags of cocaine, with a street value of about £1060. The 26-year-old driver and 29-year-old passenger both got arrested for drug offenses, and a report will go to the Procurator Fiscal.
